Roots on the Narrow Gauge: Live Music and Legendary Trains

I'm happy to announce that I'll be onboard (along with Over the Rhine and Mary Gauthier) for this year's excursion. The trip begins in Albuquerque, NM, on September 22, meanders through Colorado, and winds up in Chama, NM on September 29. Along the way, there will be jam sessions, open mics, parties, concerts, great food, boisterous celebration, high jinks, and revelry. There might even be some tomfoolery. A past participant was unequivocal about his experience: "Without any question, Roots on the Narrow Gauge was the most fun I have ever had in my entire life." New Recordings

There are three projects in the works right now: an album of new songs (75% done), another which revisits some of the songs in my catalogue (in the can), and Antje Duvekot's new record (to be recorded in early August).
